Added initial support for game controllers. Added a visibility message when button is toggled. Fixed a bug that would allow players to click the increase resource track button even if the glow button wasn't visible. Fixed a bug with player difficulty settings not saving properly. Fixed 2 issues with achievements and reduced requirements for gold achievement to 60 and VP achievement to 40. Sped up the animations and AI a bit. Renamed the Designer label to just Design on the Credits dialog. Miscellaneous improvements and fixes.
