The level after fusion is determined based on the "average level of the two cards." However, when the average resulted in a fractional value, such as "2.5," the decimal portion was not handled correctly, and the level could be rounded down when it should have been rounded up. For example, fusing a Lv. 3 card with a Lv. 2 card could previously result in Lv. 2.
