This update fixes an issue where the webcam tracker would no longer work when there were any non-ascii characters in the VTube Studio path, for example Japanese, Chinese or Korean characters. I apologize for the inconvenience. If there are any issues with this or any future updates, please report them directly in the VTube Studio Discord so things can get fixed as fast as possible. https://discord.gg/VTubeStudio
