VTube Studio 1.23.5 — VTube Studio Steam update #441284

Small update that fixes a bug and adds two new features. The fixed bug is a bug that was introduced in the last update where sometimes Live2D Items would load big/incorrectly/broken behind the model and could not be deleted without restarting VTube Studio. New feature 1 You can now set your models to remember active Expressions. Only Expressions from hotkeys that don't have an auto-deactivate-timeout are remembered. This means that when you reload the model or restart VTube Studio, the active expressions will stay on.
