Lootbug adjustments + save wipe and more — Idle Atomic Steam update #44401

The 2nd loot button on the lootbug has been adjusted to not look like it costs a steam point Previously just the 2nd loot button would award a steam point but now both do! Code 789000000 has been added to wipe your save, this can be used by the few players that have experienced save corruption (There is a series of confirmation steps so you can't do this accidentally) Stopped the backspace key prompting you to close the game Fixed the steam point side notification appearing prematurely (You must now wait for the boost to end before you can reactive it - The lootbug steam point change should more than makeup for loss to steam point income this change has made Misc fixes
