Oops! Looks like I added a shiny new feature (FSR 2.2) and then set it as the default—which broke backwards compatibility with graphics cards that do not support it. This would mean players could launch the game and would be stuck on the splash screen while hearing the game in the background. This bug has now been fixed. I have also added a bit of a loading screen to the initial start of the game, which is a byproduct of troubleshooting the aforementioned game breaking bug. Just those two changes, really.
