Quick patch to fix a few minor things that came up: -Slight changes to the UI -Reminder on how to turn on and off the vehicle(s) once you have them to use in your fields -Fix to the Market that sometimes wouldn't remove inventory from the Market after bought. It also wouldn't accordingly modify the price. This is now fixed and will accurately reflect what is actually in stock and what has been already purchased -Small background optimization
