Achievement + Other bug fixes — Obsidian Prince Steam update #465870

Fixed a bug where using a belt item before picking backstories would cause the game to skip a room. Applied another fix to the issue where resolution resets on scene change. Achievements for chapters 1,2 and 3 should now be granted as intended. If you've already completed the chapters, the achievements should be automatically granted when you enter the campaign next. (Dog Collar achievement fix will follow soon).
