Improved Plugin support and compatibility.Likely imperceptible now, but framework completely rebuilt and simplified.Since everything in RPGA is built as a "plugin" there may be issues that popup trying to access project-specific resources -- if so, please report them ASAP! I did a fairly good smoke-test and it looked good.Fixed an issue with how nested Template Bindings work in UI's.
