Unstable branch update 0.1.6.195U — Overnight Watch Steam update #468818

Hello again! This update has some background system adjustments in place that changes how anomalies will spawn and a bunch of hit-box / array fixes. The office is a little bit "moodier" now with the reduces lighting. Additionally I've added more anomalies for the harder difficulties As always you can be part of the development over at the discord server!
