In this case, it will tell you that you can rotate between Ctrl, LCtrl and RCtrl by clicking on the key. This means that if you set your hotkey to LCtrl + A and press RCtrl + A, Quixer won't detect it as the correct hotkey. If you set it to Ctrl + A, there is no change from before, both LCtrl and RCtrl will work. Cheers!
