Dear Explorers,We sincerely apologize for the loading failures, error reports, and‑crashes‑to‑desktop issues that some of you have recently encountered while playing PixARK: Terracrypt.Upon discovering these issues, we launched an immediate investigation. Optimizations have been deployed for several confirmed bugs, and an upcoming client update will further mitigate these problems. Nevertheless, a subset of issues remains under investigation.
