Patch 1.0.2 — Billy's Nightmare Steam update #475217

Added Added a new Trash quality rank for Abilities and Items that are bad enough to be free. You can now find a "Lost and Found" basket in the Tooth Fairy's Shop, which gives you a random Trash quality Ability or Item for free. Added a Dream Bank to the final level, if the player has unlocked it. Changes The boss doors now have to be manually opened, so you don't run inside by mistake. The Scientist NPC can no longer spawn downstairs, since the shop and boss room are most likely already found. The "Tooth Stone" ability has been removed from the game. Some Abilities and Items have now had their rank changed and moved to the new Trash rank. After falling into lava, Billy is now protected from falling in again for 1 second. The "Pego Bricks" ability now have increased collision box, so enemies are easier to hit. The bees spawned from the "Queen Bee" item now deals 35-45 damage each. (Was 70...
