Hotfix Patch 3.0e3b — Fast and Low Steam update #479206

Hi Everyone,The past few days, I've been working around the clock to try and fix a multiplayer disconnection issue. This disconnect tends to appear whenever there is an FPS player in the mix. This patch only alleviate some issues with the online multiplayer, but it doesn't resolve it completely.
