HUGE CHARACTER BALANCE PATCH — PsyBurst Steam update #479324

Hi folks, now we're back. We decided to balance the character. Most of character will gain new buffs, and the only character that nerfed is Sue. Since we don't know how well Teresa and Rose does in this game at the begining, we feel those two doesn't work well in this game, so we decide to revamp their tools. Global Buff - Everybody can use anti air in mid air. - Everybody will only use 3 meter for ultra. Tim Tim is the jack all trades character in this game, we don't think he need buff or nerf. We only give him ability to do anti air in mid air. His up specials now can be used on air. - Anti air can be used in mid air. Hayden Hayden will be the character that needs spacing and charge to be effective, but the problem is his charge shot is useless in tight corridor. So we decide to make his maximum charge shot will pierce the object. We will revamp his ultra too. He still will be the char...
