Chinese language hotfix v2.2 — Waves of the Atlantide Steam update #480243

Hey Steam ! It appears some of our fellow Chinese players have issues with the workshop. To circumvent the issue Chinese has been made available by default in the game and has been removed from the translation pack on the workshop.
