Small Settings Update — Soran Steam update #480940

"Competitive" settings have been removed from custom matches, and turned into an "Ammo Pickups Enabled" toggle button. There are no longer any settings that limit or reset the players weapon composition. Weapon compositions in PVP, however, now only support one of each special weapon type to encourage combos. This update is part of preparations for our first invitational tournament. In the tournament, all weapons will be allowed, and ammo pickups will be turned off.
