Update: Cards' Rarity Rebalance — Arcane Showdown - Battle Arena Steam update #4825563

We took a look at our cards, how they are used in the game by our players, their strengths and weaknesses, and decided to rebalance the cards' rarity. We believe this update will drive interesting game choices and keep Showdown exciting for our mages. These changes also opened the door for additional Runes for the new Epics while cards that used to be Epics will keep their Runes.
