Chinese Language Added to the game. — Pleasure Thieves Steam update #48571

Release Notes v4.2.0.10 New Features: 1. Chinese Language Support - Full game now available in Chinese 2. Language Selection Prompt - Game now asks for preferred language at start if system language is not English 3. Expanded Guide Languages - Added Spanish and Chinese to the in-game Guide Developer Notes: I've done my best to thoroughly test these changes, and your saved games should continue working fine.
