Ranged Fire Bug Fix and Font Change — Saratoga Steam update #485802

While playing a test game against the AI I noticed that Morgan was able to fire, even though he was Disrupted at the time. Checking the rules, I confirmed that this was a bug - only parade order units can fire. This update fixes that bug.I also changed the font for the unit markers, the help system, and the tutorials to one that is less stylized, but easier to read. Please let me know if you find it helpful, or if you prefer the original font. I've gotten reports from multiple players that they were having difficulty reading the markers, so I wanted to put this change in now. Eventually, I may have a setting that allows the player to change the font/size for most of the UI, but hopefully this will help some players right away.
