We're happy to announce that v5.5.0 of Outbreak: The New Nightmare has been released. It includes the following changes: Fixed issues where you could not spawn with the painkillers, ointment or ipecac. Addressed areas in several maps where player characters could become stuck. This was primarily on the Outbreak, Office, Blackout, Shelter, Bunker and Epidemic scenarios.
