Patch Notes v0.3b Early Access — Football Simulator Steam update #487323

Features: QB throw platform system with proper QB throw animation (finally). Hold R1 to do running throws, which have 50% power reduction. Not holding R1 and releasing sets your feet to throw. More animations to come. Added Ratings to Data: Stamina, Durability, ThrowAccuracyShort, ThrowAccuracyMedium, ThrowAccuracyDeep, ThrowOnTheRun, BreakTackle, LeadBlock, ImpactBlocking, SpectacularCatch, CatchInTraffic, ShortRouteRunning, MediumRouteRunning, DeepRouteRunning, Tackle. Implemented Ratings into gameplay: Stamina, ThrowOnTheRun, BreakTackle, StiffArm, Tackle. Improvements: Significant gameplay improvements.
