Created a new skirmish board for 2-4 players called DominateCenter. Updated some of the tutorial objectives to improve the descriptions. Added a visual effect to show the icons associated with the current tutorial objective. Play the sound effect for pulse event when a fortress is on screen (not just zealot banner). Updated version to 2.2.2.2.
