New banner animations and some more polish. Replaced zealot banner image with an animated version for each color. Added a banner animation when a zealot banner is placed over a fortress. Added a green banner animation when a rally point is set or a fortress is selected that has a rally point. Display message when player gifts a fortress to an ally. Added requirement text for some divine actions. Tweaked position of some buttons and icon bars. Updated version to 2.1.1.22.
