Small update making things more clear — Pet Rock Duty Steam update #490419

Just thought I would tweak a couple small things to make certain mechanics and aspects of the game easier to understand for new players. Mainly adding tips that show up for when an Outsider is at a window the first time they arrive, and adding a section on the how to play menu dedicated to explaining the differences between each difficulty and they different traits they all have. Hope this clears some things up for anybody playing for the first time!
