Patch Details: Title menu UI adjustments for new players. Fixed a bug that would get stuck with gamepad when trying to start a new game. Fixed a bug that would not allow the player to select the buttons on the EULA. Fixed a bug that would not allow a new player to close the 'Starter Pack' window. Other small bug fixes.
