Fixed the A button not working on Steam Deck. Thorn Plating now reflects 30% of damage taken instead of 10%. Frost Rounds now applies 10% per hit, up to 30%, instead of 5% per hit, up to 25%. Frost Protocol now applies 7% per hit, up to 21%, instead of 4% per hit, up to 20%. Weakening Rounds now applies 10% per hit, up to 30%, instead of 5% per hit, up to 25%.
