Bug fixes 08 April 2026 — Wasteland Shop Simulator Steam update #499589

Hi all, Another patch is here to knock out a few more bugs. Thanks for flagging these, let's get into it. Blank Checkout Screen - Fixed an issue where swiping a customer's order at the checkout desk would leave the payment screen completely blank, making it impossible to take payment. Transactions should now go through smoothly. NPC Stuck Behind Register - Some customers were getting a little too comfortable and walking behind the cash register, then refusing to move. They've been reminded which side of the counter they belong on. Unresponsive Controls - Some players were experiencing a general inability to perform basic controls and commands throughout the game. This should now be resolved and everything should feel responsive again. As always, thanks for the reports and your patience while we iron things out. Keep them coming and we'll keep fixing.
