Bug-fixes for issues encountered in build 0.3.1. Fixed an issue where Tavern upgrades were not working as intended. Fixed the issue where Elephant HP is incorrectly displayed as 3. Fixed an issue where persistent rewards for finishing the second map was not unlocking for some players. Fixed an issue where retreat was not appropriately deducting supplies and renown. Pikemen are now weak against Light Infantry.
