Hotfix 6 — Following Seas Steam update #512273

A note -- I plan to somewhat slow down the updates. I think over the past couple weeks I've been rushing out bandaid fixes a bit too quickly, and introducing new stability and undesired effects due to limited testing time. Currently my target is investigating the numerous issues with stability and strange sailing behavior on several ships (though hopefully this update addresses several of these issues.) As well as better task handling controls -- i.e. ability to cancel. New content: Added a centering function to wheels and whipstaffs. Holding your forward axis mapped key/button will return the wheel to center. Added a ui prompt to steering interfaces to make controls clearer. Changes -- New wave dampening and hull clipping behavior.
