Snowman combat tweaks — Swashbuckler's Xmas Steam update #512745

This small update changes the snowman enemy behavior to prevent them spawning boulders when Captain Smokey is very close. This should fix an issue where the player was insta-hit by a boulder as soon as it is spawned and make defeating the snowmen more satisfying. Also, we're planing to add an achievement for defeating all the snowmen in Sugarplum Mountain - Bottom in a subsequent update.
