Small patch to address the tutorial and menu navigation. Changes: Revamped tutorial. Should now be easier to read the tutorial messages. Also improved tutorial messages for each control type. Improved menu navigation. You can now use ESC key or controller to go to previous menu. Added confirm on exit game in pause menu.
