Updates 9/19 LETS GOOOO — Protoball Steam update #520908

Removed all camera shake! Altered spawn points in Championship Arena, kick off will be different now. Added default/preferred Spin Speed for curve shots (Default now medium). Ball Trail made longer to help with tracking. Ball Cam no longer let's you move your mouse/cause a jittery shake. Changed "Ball Cam" to Hold R (or Look At Ball key bind). Added Ball Cam "default view" setting in options. Tweaked Grinds and added another rail to Orbital. Updated in-store Bundle icons to show what they are. Added a new free male suit (Ensemble) to match Elska's NUBS (New User Bio Suit). Fixed a bug that didn't let you shoot your shield (keep your eyes out for this one please). Adjusted shields hitting each other while two players were going at it (Thanks Sarg & Jesse). Optimized Orbital arena (Please let us know if it runs better!).
