Release 0.4.7 — Boppio Steam update #521332

Hello everyone, This is another bug fix patch. This release fixes the well-known Catador/Ondor generation bug where your world generation is lost either between loads or between scene transitions. This bug was extremely hard to track down and was debugged entirely on stream. Thank you to Pops for sending in the save file that replicated the issue consistently. If your save file has been affected by this bug, it should at least be consistent now. If you need a save file fixed for whatever reason, please don't hesitate to reach out to me on Discord. This bug did not affect everyone and typically only affected Catador. Its also likely that you experienced this bug but it was relatively harmless and it went unnoticed.
