First AI upgrade (v0.4.4) — Red Planet Rampage Steam update #527754

There’s a new patch in town 🤠 Feel free to join the Discord server to discuss this update or look at sneak peeks for the next one! 😎 This patch improves some AI behaviour, making the AI players more fun to play against, but it does not fix the most egregious issues with pathing and movement. Changelog Improvements Give AI players a budget to spend in auctions when playing First to 30 chips. That should make them able to win in this gamemode.
