Added - Betting on own horses or horses you jockey is now a criminal offence and there is a chance that the betting authorities will fine you first, then if you continue be thrown in jail - There is now a court system, so there is court before conviction, the player can also become a supreme judge (voted like bank manager, but instead of wealth it's by reputation).
