Changes Steering is no longer centered when switching between UI steering and direct steering for ships. Changed village orientation to be randomized. The flagship is now selected by default in the get floatage and port manager menus. Fixes Fixed a crash when trying to load items when a ship's warehouse is overflowing. Fixed fleet reordering not working in certain cases.
