Changes/Fixes Fixed an issue where you were able to stack artifacts higher than intended when using the recycler. Fixed a bug where you could gain the benefits of the In Formation skill in coop without having it unlocked. The artifact shop no longer appears if you have no artifacts left in the item pool. Lowered the glow intensity of HELIOS' Meteor passive and fixed sound. Lowered enemy health scaling in the 3rd and 4th arena.
