Update 0.115 F — Gear Up Steam update #53979

- Fixed blackscreen after loading on OSX. - Further simplifications of extrapolation calculation, still same result but much less work. - Reduced number of physics solver iterations from 10 to 4 which reduce CPU cost but sacrifice precision (not noticeable thou). - Added an FPS and Ping stat to in-game UI. - Reset proxy states when ghost tank unspawn. - Replicator tries to migrate primary token to peer with least ping. - Fixed script crash if a projectile spawn message is received after a tank rebuild event. - Reduced mouse sensitivity of X11 mouse devices. - Some minor fixes, ensure hull point array to bullet are 3 floats and 16 byte aligned no matter what build configuration.
