A small but important bugfix update to resolve a problem causing the game to fail on startup. This could affect anyone on a culture setting where spaces - as opposed to periods or commas - are used as a thousands separator for large numbers. Examples include France, Finland, and Estonia. Changes - Made a change to improve the chance that useful diagnostic logs will be captured in the case that the game fails to start. Fixes - Fix for a crash caused by an error loading configuration, caused by spaces being interpreted as thousands separators in certain culture setups.
