Hotfix Version 0.2.2 — Sigma Draconis Steam update #539880

Version 0.2.2 is a hotfix for a bug that could cause resource processors to get stuck if trying to take out items when storage was full. It also adds text to the bottom-right corner of the screen to highlight when storage is full. Note to players If you run out of storage space and can't afford silos, you can click on the inventory at the top of the screen to have colonists take resources out and store them on the ground. This feature is very useful but easy to miss at the moment, I have a backlog item to improve this! Not allowed for food and mush.
