Changes: Surging Circuit now applies charge every 4/2 seconds and deals 20/40 damage per hit Fixes: Creeping Frost will no longer damage yourself when you are Cold Herd Growth, Destruction Therapy and Sheepdog now properly apply their effects to player minions Shocking Reflex will no longer attempt to apply charge to projectiles Static Buildup always triggers on bow and cannon heavy attacks Surging Circuit no longer damages player minions Fixed a crash when using Vault Strike with certain equipment pieces Fixed some text overflow issues with playing in Russian or Spanish Fixed various crashes
