Fixes Fix critical bug where the killer would die when killing a witness with CollateralAllowed turned off. Aparently I switched a boolean IsKiller check in the function that covers when a player dies with CollateralAllowed turned off. Fix player character entering T-Pose instead of ragdoll upon death. I apologize to the streamer demuxa, who was the first to discover the bug, for the bad experience in his first gameplay.
