1) Added population and region names for Latin American countries. 2) Added NPP construction technologies from the start for: USA, Russia, France, Japan, China, Iran, Great Britain, India, Pakistan, North Korea. 3) Added enterprises to some regions from the start (USA, Russia, France, Italy, Brazil, Venezuela). 4) Fixed a bug where multiple copies of the same building could be built in one region. 5) Fixed a bug where the AI could perform diplomatic actions with the player's country. 6) Fixed a bug where multiple convoys spawned in a region, although there were no resources there.
