Character controller update — Human Diaspora Steam update #550822

Changes for this update: 1) Head bobbing, camera shake and bullet time disabled by default but can be enabled in the settings menu. It will give more control over the aiming; 2) Reduced gun bullet spread by half, it gives the bullets a more predictable out trajectory; 3) Added more music tracks. They are listed in the credits. 4) Minor tweaks and bug fixing.
