To activate, reach out behind your back and press the grab button, you can draw the sword behind your belt too, just make sure your dominant hand goes behind your body vertical plane 3. You need to hold the grab button to keep the sword, once released, the previously selected weapon is instantly selected 4. Damage depends on how strong you strike, up to 100 hit points (full health) for the strongest strike. You do 50% of damage in the "solid" form. Headshots work for sword and still do 200% damage 5.
