Balance changes and small improvements. Partial multiplayer support. — Omnicore Playtest Steam update #5562402

Small improvements on the tutorial. Game is balanced for new players. Optimization implemented. Multiplayer is not yet recommended, but multiplayer lobbies partially work: - Joining a lobby and starting a game as a party seems to load the game correctly. Tested with 2 players. - Players joining the lobby may experience large desync / lag in the current version as the game goes on. - Joining a game in progress currently does not work.
