PAYDAY 2: Update 248.1 Changelog — PAYDAY 2 Steam update #5585547

Hello heisters!We saw performance issues for quite a few players since the engine upgrade and finally narrowed it down to faulty "Garbage Collection". These fixes should resolve the issue some players were having where the game would repeatedly stutter or freeze.We also saw the reports that came in regarding our first heist Under the Hammer, and put together a list of fixes and changes based on the feedback.
