Fixes Campaign: Added Boss icons to the levels featuring Bosses. Fixed an issue where Frag Hammer U2 got super hyped about having its condition met. Fixed an issue where Plasmathrower's range wouldn't visually update when being placed next to Nuclear. As a result of Frag Hammer U2 being fixed, the top entries on the leaderboards that make use of the exploit have been nuked.
