YoloMouse 1.9.2 — YoloMouse - Cursor Changer Steam update #561129

Another small update to address issues... These came up as I was working on cursor effects which I thought was a great time to update the rendering engine in order to support scripted effects and cursors. So I got that part done and as a side effect it improved perfmance, yay! :) Otherwise these fixes are fairly urgent so I had to push them out before features, especially the stuck input triggering unwanted hotkeys. The startup UX was also tweaked since too many people were accidentally changing their windows cursors when they didn't mean to. The HDR gamma issue appears to be an unsolved Windows bug so its a little more complex but I have a plan on how to get around it. For now you may find that sizing up your cursor will work better than when its smaller.
